Bonnie Sala

President/CEO
Bonnie has taken Guidelines global in its second generation, expanding the ministry through enthusiastic cultivation of Great Commission partnerships among the body of Christ worldwide. Bonnie writes and voices the daily Reset audio devotional which comes from her favorite time of the day—early mornings spent with Jesus and His Word. Reset is heard on-air in the U.S., Philippines, Macedonia, Ukraine, Singapore and throughout Africa, as well as online and podcast. An international speaker and author, Bonnie enjoys traveling anywhere with her husband, Kevin Condrin.
Tracy

Tracy Van Denburg

Vice President of Finance
Tracy Van Denburg has a background in both corporate and non-profit finance. She was with Disney for 10 years. Tracy has a B.A. in Economics from UCI and holds an MBA from Chapman University. In running all things financial at Guidelines, Tracy is vigilant in ensuring that Guidelines' commitment to the highest standard of financial integrity is upheld. Tracy and her husband, Eric, enjoy golfing and hiking together. The Van Denburgs have three adult children.
Christi

Christi Haukebo

Ministry Advancement
Christi came to Guidelines from a background of 12 years in donor relations with the ministry of Joni & Friends as well as years as an administrator in Christian education. As an enthusiastic people person, Christi excels at ministry relations, praying with listeners over the phone and helping donors match their Kingdom passion with Guidelines' ministries. Christi is married to Bjarne Haukebo (yep...Norweigian). The Haukebos have an adult son and daughter and are enjoying their new role as in-laws/in-loves.
Brandon

Brandon Neal

Director of Media Services
Brandon is passionate about reaching people living in Gospel poverty. He served for 13 years as a missionary with TWR (Trans World Radio) in global media services and in radio operations (overseas), emphasizing the importance of communicating in a person’s heart language. Brandon lives with his family (Laura, Ben, and Zeke) in VA – his wife, Laura, works in the insurance industry and is a light for the Gospel everywhere she goes. Brandon enjoys sports, music, theatre, and making people laugh. Their family’s mission is to love God with everything, share His love with the world – and pack accordingly!
Arian

Arian Ghiacy

Director of Marketing and Communications
Arian Ghiacy brings over 18 years of marketing and fundraising experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, more recently having helped extend the footprint of another Orange County non-profit. As a graduate from Vanguard University, Arian has also served in multiple ministries, utilizing his wide skill set, including at one point serving as the interim pastor of an Afghan Christian church. He and his wife, Laura, have three young children and are very involved in their local church.

Terry Wedel

Audio Engineering
Terry Wedel was called to ministry with Guidelines after 35 years of media management, production and education - much of it with Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA and Cox Communications. Terry has also been an audio-visual volunteer at his home church for more than 25 years. He has a B.A. in Politics from Pomona College and an M.A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton. Each week, Terry ensures the high quality of all Guidelines’ audio devotionals. Terry’s wife, Rosie, has been heard on Los Angeles radio stations for more than 30 years. They have two adult children.

Kim Earp

Design
Kim creates and manages the ministry’s digital and print assets including Guidelines’ website and publications. She has a passion for creating visually engaging solutions to tell the story of what God is doing through Guidelines. Kim and her husband Branden Earp (yes, related to the infamous Wyatt Earp) attend Mariners Church in Irvine and have a young son.

Dr. Harold J. Sala

Speaker, author and Bible teacher, Dr. Harold Sala founded Guidelines in 1963. Pioneering the five-minute commentary in Christian radio, Dr. Sala’s daily “Guidelines for Living” is heard the world over in a variety of languages. Sala, who holds a Ph.D. in biblical text, has authored over 60 books published in 19 languages. For decades, Dr. Sala taught at conferences, seminars, and churches worldwide. Residing in Mission Viejo, California, Harold has been married to Darlene for nearly 60 wonderful years.
