Ever read the book “God’s Smuggler”? Last week Harold and Darlene Sala had lunch with their friend of many years, Brother Andrew, in his hometown in the Netherlands. He rode his bike to meet them! (At 86 he’s going strong.) The picture below shows a bit of his Bible collection–the book he’s given his entire life to distribute–millions of copies. What a privilege to spend those hours together!
Although he became famous for fearlessly smuggling Bibles behind the Iron Curtain, when asked what he would change, if he could live his life over again, he responded, “I’d be more bold!”
